Custom orders have a window of 15 minutes after placing the order to cancel and receive a full refund. After the 15 minute window, all customized orders are considered final and will not receive a refund.

For non-custom orders, once an order is shipped all sales are final, and we cannot cancel the order. We do not offer refunds once the order is shipped because our products are handmade and/or customized.

We also do NOT accept returns.
